discoDSP has released OB-Xd 2.16, a significant update to the beloved free Oberheim OB-X emulation that addresses critical performance issues and brings VST3 support to all free users.

This update represents discoDSP's continued commitment to the legacy 2.x branch, which has been actively maintained for over 10 years. The VST3 format, previously only available in registered builds, is now included in the free version to preserve long-term compatibility and extend support for years to come.
