Sonuscore Announces Free Update to LUX Orchestral Strings
Sonuscore Announces Free Update to LUX Orchestral Strings: Delivering Smoother Legato and Enhanced Playability.

Sonuscore has released a significant free update to LUX Orchestral Strings, the company’s flagship orchestral string library for Kontakt. LUX has already earned praise from leading composers including Ramin Djawadi, John Enroth and Scott Michael Smith. Even so, the team has continued refining the experience using detailed customer feedback, with a clear goal in mind: ensure that LUX not only sounds exceptional, but feels effortless to play.

This update focuses on improving the fluidity of the legato engine, giving composers who prefer to perform their string parts live a noticeably more responsive and natural feel. Sonuscore set out to make LUX the best sounding string library on the market. This update strengthens that ambition by enhancing the all-important connection between performance and sound.

Alongside the legato overhaul, the team has addressed a collection of small but meaningful bugs and interface quirks reported by early adopters. These refinements help create a more stable, consistent and intuitive workflow for professional composers working under tight deadlines.
