The Vienna Symphonic Library is pleased to announce the release of Big Bang Orchestra 2.0, a major update to its acclaimed orchestral sampling series recorded on the legendary Stage A of Vienna Synchron Stage. With this release, the entire Big Bang Orchestra (BBO) series has been restructured into seven comprehensive Packs – Tutti, Riffs, Strings, Woodwinds, Brass, Percussion, and Choirs – now featuring the brand-new Flow View for intuitive navigation and an uninterrupted creative workflow. All sample content has been losslessly compressed, resulting in significantly smaller file sizes without compromising audio quality. This update offers music creators a seamless path to epic orchestral sound – faster, leaner, and more creative than ever, with entry-level prices.

Seamless Transition and Free Upgrades

Registered users of one or more of the 27 discontinued BBO Packs benefit from free or discounted upgrades to the new BBO 2.0 versions. Those who have registered all earlier Packs included in a given BBO 2.0 Pack will receive the upgrade free of charge. All new Packs are fully backwards compatible, ensuring that existing projects created with the previous version open seamlessly.
