Orastron updates Brickworks to v1.4.0 and releases new and updated Brickworks Pro algorithms

Orastron has released version 1.4.0 of their free software/open source Brickworks music DSP toolkit and also released a new and updated algorithms from Brickworks Pro, their collection of advanced DSP modules. Changes for Brickworks 1.4.0: Added new sampler algorithm and related new example plugin. Added new math routines. Added coefficient validation functions to bw_iir1 and bw_iir2.
