Mozzaik Dither v3.0

Dithering VST3, AAX plugin for Windows 64bit and VST3, AU, AAX for MacOS (Intel and Apple Silicon) that decorrelate dithering noise from the signal. Principle is to allow quantization noise a room to breathe and decorrelate it from input signal. That way you will have more natural sound and the quantization noise will not distort the input signal. Amount control allows you to add more noise if you want it. Zero dB amount is minimum to have transparent dither. DAC can react differently depending on noise amount and with additional noise they can sound better.

Here is a 40 seconds sequence of Beethoven Symphony 9 from Anima Eterna Brugee. It is recorded by Bert van der Wolf from the Spirit of Turtle. This recording was distributed as a CD box set by Alpha Classics. Unfortunately I don't have it but I downloaded DXD master from the Spirit of Turtle. Instruments are originally baroque so they have a different sound. Hopefully you could notice it.

First version is downsampled and dithered with MozzaikDither v3.0 amount 0.0dB to 16/44. Second is HiRes DXD master 24/352 and third is downsampled and dithered with MozzaikDither v3.0 amount 15.9dB to 16/44.
