Niu plusplus updates MidiPhrase to v2.0.25

Niu plusplus has announced a maintenance update to v2.0.25 for their MidiPhrase plugin. Fixes include: Fixed a critical issue that could cause the plugin to crash when reading certain MIDI files (Special thanks to Peter Duggal for his crucial assistance). Resolved missing 7th note in the Maj7add13 chord on the Harmony panel. Fixed a crash that occurred when horizontally scaling the piano window to an extremely small size. Addressed the issue of the first note being retriggered in ARP mode. Fixed unresponsive playback cursor in ARP mode.
