Raydat - setup/clocking questions

Hello guys,
I would love some feedback and some suggestions on my setup.

I own now RME Raydat and I have two ADAT's connected - Apogee Rosetta 800 and Ferrofish Pulse 16. I mostly used the ins to track synths.

My first question is, should I buy the wordclock module for Raydat or some external clock, to set it all up? For now it's working fluently with RME set to Master, but i've read having a good clock could pick up the quality.

Second question is my setup lacks headphone output. Could you suggest any quality/price solutions for a headphone amp? I was thinking about used Dangerous Music Source, but maybe there is a cheaper solution for this?

Also if you have any suggestions what can I quality up in this setup, I would love to get some feedback on this. Cheers!
