Bjt2 updates free "Crescendo" Programmable VST Plugin to v1.0.164 for Windows

Bjt2 has updated the free Crescendo plugin to version 1.0.164 with various enhancements and bug fixes. Changes in 1.0.164 from 1.0.159: Changed defaults on REVERB for imported SoundFont files. Reimport all files. UI bugfixes: Corrected bugs on Keyswitches, speed up of file loading, reducing the repaint frequency. New example files. Bugfixes and speed improvements.
