Smart One Shot Browser - Hit Crate

I just launched v1 of a new audio sample browser called Hit Crate. I built it so none of us have to spend an hour looking for the right kick drum or sounds that go well with another sample. It can filter through your sample libraries and order by tonal balance (useful for finding your darkest kick drums or brightest snares). It can also find sounds that are most similar to a selected sample based on either stereo width, or frequency makeup (transient info, frequency distribution, and frequency time domain), or both together.

It does all of this profiling automatically so no need for you to have to provide any information about your sounds for all of this functionality to work.

It also plays back all samples LUFS normalized to the value of your choosing.

If the slider if all the way to right and your search is "kick", it will show you your brightest kicks in your library.The frequency button when enabled impacts the "find similar" function by filtering your results to only matches that are deeply related in their frequency distribution, amplitude, and transient content.The stereo button impacts the behavior of the "find similar" function.
