NAMM 2025: GForce announces Bass Station
Novation and GForce are proud to announce the release of the GForce Bass Station, a brand-new software version of the original analogue synthesizer.

Bass Station is an iconic mono-synth, celebrated for its raw, punchy bass and distinctive analogue filter. First launched in 1993, it has been a core part of Novation's brand ever since.

The new GForce Bass Station AU/VST is an exact emulation of the original Bass Station, now with a new expanded mode, which includes up to 16-voice polyphony and unison modes, taking its versatility far beyond the monophonic hardware original. Additionally, GForce included their unique X-Modifier technology, which enables you to work faster and create extensive modulations of almost every parameter without having to set up modulation paths; they're already set up for you.

The GForce Bass Station also includes a high pass filter; a powerful new sequencer and arpeggiator; and effects such as distortion, chorus, delay and reverb. A fully scalable user interface and advanced patch browser streamline workflow and also make it easier to find, customise, and explore sounds.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

The updated Bass Station VST will also be available for purchase directly from GForce for £99.99 + VAT (introductory price of £49.99 + VAT until end of February).

It will also be available to all Novation Launchkey MK4, FLKey, and SL MK3 customers upon registering their products.
