Toontrack releases Epic Metal EZkeys MIDI pack
Tuesday November 19, 2024. 05:10 PM , from Gearslutz
About the Epic Metal EZkeys MIDI pack In anything from heavy, power, progressive and symphonic to the most peripheral styles of extreme metal, keyboards are a given. Regardless of whether they’re used to add air, atmosphere and narrative or as a leading instrument at the forefront of the mix doubling the guitars, they’re a huge part of metal on a whole. In this MIDI pack for EZkeys, we’ve aimed to deliver a collection of metal-inspired tidbits you can use as springboards for new ideas or as ready-made performances to customize and add onto your already-written tracks. Aside from the self-explanatory Intros and Outros sections featuring different takes on dramatic, haunting and doom-laden parts to kick off or round off a song, this MIDI pack is organized in three distinct categories. In each included “song,” there are Pad Progressions, Themes and Arpeggios sections, each giving you a variety of takes on chord progressions for use as pads, riff-like themes and, finally, repeating melodic figures that you can add your own basslines or chords behind. All in all, this is a treasure chest of pure metal gems to pull from whenever you need a push in a new direction. Looking for epic? Combined with EZkeys and the wealth of EKX expansions for all kinds of sounds, this is as epic as it gets. FEATURE SPOTLIGHT • Piano/keyboard MIDI inspired by a wealth of keyboard-centric styles of metal • Ideal for anything from classic heavy metal to progressive, symphonic and black metal • Includes approx. 200 individual files performed by a professional session player • Each “song” organized in separate sections labeled Intros, Pad Progressions, Themes, Arpeggios and Outros • 4/4 and 7/4 playing variations in straight feel with tempos ranging from 102 BPM to 176 BPM Audio demos and more info here: https://www.toontrack.com/product/ep...l-ezkeys-midi/ Attached Thumbnails
