Mojave MA-200 Pinouts?

Building new (and not crappy like the original) cables for a friend's set of MA-200. Mogami W3172 for wire, Neutrik Black/Gold for connectors.

Problem is that the two original cables I have (came with the mics) are completely different as far as color-codes go and one has two gauges of conductor (as it should) and one is just a shielded (and not very well) 5-pair with identical wire gauges. Ugh!

Does anyone here have a list of the mic's pinout and what each carries? I'd want to use the twisted pair for mic signal but I don't know which two pins that is on. Same goes for using a larger gauge wire for higher amp voltage (power or heater?).

Maybe best to PM me if you have thoughts (or a diagram) as I am rarely over on this forum. I have a note out to Mojave; not sure if they'll be helpful. I'll check back here as well.
