Cranborne 500r8 Popping and Phantom Volume

Hi there!

Just purchased a 500r8 used and am excited to get started with it.

I pulled it out of the box, recorded a couple vocal takes to see how it sounded and I've discovered 2 issues.

1. When I have the unit turned all the way down I still hear the most faint sound of the music I'm playing - it is never truly silent.

2. When pressing the mute, mono, and speaker A/B I get pops.

I updated the firmware to the latest and that didn't work.

Has anyone else has this experience?
