Ableton purchase just disappears?!

Curious if anyone has had this happen (I have an open ticket with Ableton on this as well). I have Live 11 Suite and I also upgraded to Live 12 Suite. Both were purchased through Ableton, and I have the receipts, order #s, purchase #s, etc.

I went to install Live 12 on a new machine and it doesn't show up in my order history OR in my list of products on Ableton!? I definitely have it, since I'm running it right now and it shows as authorized and with my serial #. I "registered" the serial, it says "Account updated!" and...it's still not there.

It's like they just forgot I purchased it entirely. I haven't done anything weird like transfer a license or whatever, it's all been through their shop and totally legit, and it worked before, but now it's just gone.

But my Live 11 Suite is in there. It's even offering an "Upgrade to Live 12!" choice, yet...I already bought Live 12. I sent support the serial #, order #, purchase ID, etc. and I got an AI generated "Sounds like you need another unlock, here you go!" email.

I'm kinda of dead in the water since I upgraded my systems and now don't have Live 12, which is slowly pushing me towards Cubase 14 but I've invested a ton of time getting Live 12 working the way I want.

Hoping someone else might have run into this and figured out what is happening.
