Need to connect to an old mic with Amphenol type connection

I have an old harp mic with a male threaded connection, looks like Amphenol. It seems that this connector might fit it...

My question is how to wire this to an XLR connector to be plugged into a typical mic pre. I find it amazing that I can't find a simple wiring diagram for this online.

Also, what is used to attach this thing to a mic stand, besides duct tape?:)
