Neve 34127 question

Hi,

I got an Neve 34127 portable 4ch mixer made for South African broadcasting company (SABC) 1974-75

Does anyone know if it would have +24V like a regular Neve mixer?

I have measured it and it only has 17V and if I look at the battery pack it would have +24V

I also looking for a schematic if any one has one
