Hardware Delay for Time Correction / Phase Alignment

Hi, I'm searching for a (affordable) hardware stereo delay unit to be used mainly for time correction / phase alignment purposes. Anyone have any recommendations? It'll need a pretty short minimum delay time, less than 1ms.
The TC Electronic D-Two might work but I can't find a spec for its minimum delay time. Also has way more features than I need
Rane AD22 seems like it might be a good option?
I had a BSS TCS-804 that was almost perfect but the gain staging/headroom was very weird
Thanks!
