Cannot Enter Numbers On Kurzweil K2700 Keypad

Hey Folks,

Noob here so I hope you will be patient with me. Starting at 0. Don't even know how to play.

Anyway, I was continuing my survey of Mr. Weiser's Programs he provides to his buyers and today in Program mode I press keypad and it will not let me enter a location to go to a specific program it changes the program with every button I press. Furthermore, when I try the different categories I get a different program but not the selected category. Tried it with the Keypad button lit and it with it dark. It was working Friday and I am not sure I tried it after loading the latest firmware yesterday. I disconnected the USB in case that was an issue, but it did not change the behavior. As far as I can tell it is otherwise OK.

It is a K2700 that was delivered Thursday.

Any ideas?
