Cubase 11 All Audio Interface Disappeared and Only Shows Generic Low Latency
Friday November 1, 2024. 09:39 PM , from Gearslutz
Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with my setup in Cubase. The software no longer recognizes any of my audio interfaces except for its own “Generic Low Latency ASIO Driver.” My PC recognizes all audio interfaces without issues. I can route audio through the “Generic Low Latency” driver, but this causes problems with my VSX headphones setup, which relies on my RME UFX+ interface (an external unit). With this setup, audio goes through the generic driver, so the headphones don’t work as intended. This issue is now happening in older versions of Cubase as well. Has anyone else encountered something similar, or does anyone have suggestions on how to get my audio interfaces to show up as they used to? Any help would be appreciated! BTW, I have encountered difficulties obtaining support from Steinberg, as my version is no longer supported. Over the past 20 years, I have invested a considerable amount in various Steinberg products, including several versions of Cubase. It would be greatly appreciated if Steinberg could consider supporting its long-time users. Attached Thumbnails
