Most overrated gear everyone pretends to love

Everyone raves about the Neve 1073, the Neumann U87, Various converters and cables etc. and don’t get me wrong, mine have their uses but there’s no “magic” in them people keep claiming.

So what’s one piece of overrated gear you own that everyone pretends to love and rave about that makes you just say.. “Meh”?
