TB PCI-e expansion chassis for PC

With the newest generation of motherboard the amount on PCI-e onboard are limited in favor for m.2 and high speed connection ports. It seems that TB4 and 5 are only featured on Intel chipset based motherboards. AMD officially don't test TB connectivity but they may work nonetheless.

Are any of those platforms usable for a TB expansion chassis?

Anyone familiar with PCI-e expansion chassis for PC's?
