Audient iD Interface Talkback Mic

Hi,

Using an Audient iD24. In the iD software mixing panel I am able to choose different external microphones for talkback; Webcam mic, iPhone etc, but the mixer does not receive audio. The microphones work fine and appear in the "Sound Settings" on my Mac. They register incoming audio.

Any suggestions?
