New: TIM. P releases 1B OPTO Compressor

New C*1B Library from the the master of Nebula!!

I know hes been working on this for a long time, and absolutely was not willing to compromise until it was 100% correct...apparently its a tricky unit to get right. I dont need another compressor but I always have room in my folder for a Tim P. Library.
