Audioease Speakerphone 3 - finally updated for the vst3

The Mother of all space emulations is updated.

The GUI looks the same, but you can scale it now.
Modulation, some new IRs - not much new content.

So far only for Mac, Win-version will follow.

Unfortunately I didn't find if the Speakerphone 1-2 handicap
only one iLok activation is fixed.
