2024 ASCAP Composers’ Choice Awards Now Open for Voting, Nominees Announced

NEW YORK /MUSEWIRE – Music News/ — Honoring the musical storytellers scoring the past year’s top films, television series and video games, The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) announced this week the nominees for the 2024 ASCAP Composers’ Choice Awards. A first-of-its-kind program among US performing rights organizations, the ASCAP Composers’ Choice Awards gives the ASCAP composer community a forum to recognize the artistic accomplishments of their peers.
Chosen by the ASCAP composer community, winners will be revealed on May 9 during an exclusive party celebrating the winners of the 2024 ASCAP Screen Music Awards in Los Angeles.

The nominations committee includes composers and film, television and video game industry leaders. Voting is open to eligible ASCAP writer members through March 8 at www.ascap.com/composerschoice.
ASCAP members now have the opportunity to vote in the 2024 ASCAP Composers’ Choice Awards: a peer-voted honor celebrating your favorite screen music of last year. Find out who’s nominated, listen to their music and support your favorites with a vote. Voting ends March 8, 2024
