FASELUNARE OPENS THE PRE-ORDER OF VEGA AND LAUNCHES THE NEW ONLINE SHOP

After the presentation of the eurorack module VEGA at SUPERBOOTH 2021 and SOUNDMIT 2021, Faselunare (the new Italian brand born from Soundmit) has begun the final stages of development of the module dedicated to percussive sounds by integrating the numerous feedback received at the fairs.

As many know, there is still a worldwide crisis that causes the shortage of electronic components, it is not easy for small and young companies to find all the necessary components, especially if the level of technology and engineering of the projects is very high.

At this time, however, we can guarantee the production of 15 VEGA modules by the end of January 2022 with shipment in February.

To thank all the fans who wrote to us asking for information and to support us, we decided to offer the first 15 modules at the special introductory price of € 250 + shipping.

It is a pre-order that will allow you to be the first to have the Swiss Army knife of Eurorack drums in your rack!

VEGA

VEGA is the first module of the italian company Faselunare. Is a 6HP, 4 Voices drum module in Eurorack format.

VEGA has 4 digital voices tailored for drum sounds, each voice works both in synthesis and with samples uploaded on the onboard SD card.

His unique color coded user interface, shrink the module at only 6HP, thanks to the RGB encoders, LEDs and buttons, you can access easily 12 parameters per voice, 5 presets and a very useful mute function for each voice.

VEGA has 4 Trigger inputs (one for each voice), 1 Random input which randomly triggers individual voices and a high quality audio output.

Why VEGA?

Here at FASELUNARE (Moon-phase in English), we have a passion for space and sci-fi, Francesco's Stage name has always been Urbanspaceman and together with Daniele he played and released some records as the "Space Aliens From Outer Space", that's why our projects have names inspired by space and science fiction!

The Lyra Constellation

Lyra belongs to the Hercules family of constellations.

The brightest star in the constellation is Vega, α Lyrae, which is also the fifth brightest star in the sky. The constellation contains six formally named stars: Aladfar, Sheliak, Sulafat, Vega, Xihe, and Chasoň.

If you look at an image of the Lyra constellation, you will notice that the module's page button represent Vega (α Lyrae) the brightest star while the 4 voices buttons are positioned exactly like the 4 stars: Sulafat (γ Lyrae), Sheliak (β Lyrae) Zeta Lyrae (ζ Lyrae) and Delta Lyrae (δ Lyrae).

FEATURES4 Independent digital voices - Each voice consists of a digital oscillator with Sine/Square/Ramp/Noise waves or Sample source. The samples are loaded from the SD card on the panel.
12 Parameters per voice - The 4 voices are identical and have 12 parameters per voice: Pitch, Pitch Envelope, Cutoff, Filter Envelope, Attack, Release, Q, Low Pass / Band Pass, FM, FM Tune, Volume, Waveform
LP/BP/HP filter
2 RGB Encoders - Thanks to the use of 2 RGB encoders, we have reduced the size of the module to only 6HP.
Color coded User Interface - Using 4 coloured LEDs, we have access to 6 pages of parameters, 2 for each page. Based on the color of the encoders, we will always know which parameters we are acting on.
5 Level Leds - 5 LEDs placed diagonally that indicate the value of the selected parameter.
Performance muting - With a simple key combination you can mute the 4 voices individually to create build-ups and breaks without taking your hands off the rack.
Random Trigger
An additional trigger input allows the creation of random sequences.
Presets - Vega has 5 memory slots that can be used to store the settings of the 4 voices. User can create and store them on the SD card and recall on the fly.
