New "out of rules" compressor plugin

Hello all.

I would like to announce the new, amazing version of pajSoil v3 is just arrived.

To add new features I was inspired by people on various forums. So it is also little bit of your job:)

New features are:

1) feedback compression;

2) output slider now behaves like many of you suggested - so now it affects only on wet signal;

3) because of new output slider functionality, to keep old functionality I added new Master knob;

4) Now there is much better resizing and zooming tools;

5) Improved stability;
