Channel Robot release MOTION with intro. pricing

Channel Robot announce the immediate release of MOTION for the full version of Kontakt 5.8.1+.

Motion is a new approach to Pad Sounds, using our unique in-house developed real-time process for playback - The Profile Engine.

Motion includes over 500 different sample sets - each multi-sampled from instruments and sound sources ideally matched to the Profile Engine. Each sound is accessible through our Sound Browser, which allows you to define favourites and audition sounds on the fly. You also get our usual oscillator-drift-modelling, infinite round-robin system as well as user defined dynamics for different playing styles.

MOTION uses a dual-voice system, each voice is passed through our Profile Engine, a system that allows the user to draw shapes(profiles) for volume, pitch and pan for each voice. The profile engine then loops through these profiles for each note played, resulting in your own unique morphing and modulating output. The Profiles engine has further controls for loop speed(DAW tempo-synced) and in-voice play-back-model allowing even more control and interest. With this system its possible to quickly build moving pad sounds, risers, dopler-effects, pitch modulators, glitch sounds and more.

But we know that for most of us time-is-money so MOTION includes a simple macros page to allow users to quickly get to new and interesting ever-changing output.

Add to these controls a set of envelopes, vibrato, tremolo and filter controls for classic synth-like sound sculpting.

We've also included our independent one-to-one modulation system, you define a set of modulation-profiles and MOTION will move through these in a tempo synced to your DAW, retrigger, one-shot and random all included. This powerful modulation system further allows you to warp, twist and bend the output.
