SKnote release the AAX version of SDC Opto-Discrete Mastering Compressor.

We are extremely happy to say that we finally managed to release the first AAX version of SDC (Stereo Double Compressor).

SDC is a dual-stage Mastering Compressor designed for Mastering but extremely versatile and powerful on tracks and all kinds of audio sources.

SDC combines an Optical compressor with a VCA compressor, getting the different contributes from both worlds: slow and musical compression, to get "body" and level the average volume, and a faster compression, to tame peaks, add "snap" and control the overall envelope of the source.

Its internal Mid-Side matrix makes it even more versatile on stereo sources.

Now SDC is available for Avid Pro Tools systems, with its AAX format (included in the single all-inclusive license) for both Windows and Mac systems.
