WaveLab 9.5.40 available

There's a new point-forty update available to download for all WaveLab 9.5 users. It's a small maintenance update with a large impact, addressing several issues in different areas of the application while also including a user interfaces overhaul of its plug-ins to support high DPI/Retina displays.
