Apple just released a surprise new iMessage app gamers are gonna love

While it looks like Apple may be done releasing new hardware in 2025, it’s still hard at work on new software. Still to come before the end of the year is iOS 26.2, and over the weekend, Apple dropped a surprise in the App Store for iPhone users.

Building off the popular Apple Arcade game, Sneaky Sasquatch, Apple has released the Sneaky Sasquatch Sticker Pack with some 60 stickers to send via iMessage. The pack includes variations on classic emoji in the Sasquatch style, as well as numerous in-game references.

Apple acquired RAC7, the 2-person studio that created Sneaky Sasquatch, earlier this year, but this is the first independent release under Apple’s ownership. In October, the game received an update that brought a new farming region with crops and tractors.

Back when the feature launched for iMessage back in iOS 10, Apple released several sticker packs, including a Classic Mac pack with iOS 9-stylized icons, but it hasn’t delivered anything new in nearly a decade.
