New Apple ads spotlight accessibility features

The video features Kenneth “Kiddo K” Alexander, a Louisiana-born rapper who lost hearing due to ear infections after Hurricane Katrina. Kiddo calls Music Haptics a “revolutionary tool” for feeling music’s vibrations, showcasing his song “Platoon” from his new EP, “Warzone,” released May 13. He emphasizes, “Music isn’t about listening. It’s about feeling it.” “Magnifier on Mac” previews a forthcoming feature for iOS 19 and macOS 16, designed for low-vision users. The video shows a young woman using her Mac and iPhone to zoom in on classroom notes and slides, adjusting brightness, contrast, color filters, and perspective for better visibility.
