'There is an Arctic blast sweeping the country,' Trump said in a statement about moving the event, 'I don't want to see people hurt, or injured in any way.'The inauguration ceremony will take place in the United States Capitol Rotunda at 12:00 pm Eastern, and all major US networks will be carrying the event live.
