Turkey launches probe into Apple App Store payment systems

Turkey’s Competition Board announced on Thursday an investigation into Apple’s App Store practices. The probe focuses on two key areas: contracts with app developers and Apple’s restriction on alternative payment methods within the App Store.
Reuters: The investigation was launched as part of a review of mobile smart devices and software for these devices, the Competition Board said in a statement.
