macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 update released (security fix)

See post for release notes/security fix for malicious web content. (Post includes tip for anyone having problems installing the update.) Added notes on updating a M1 Mac Mini and solving no HDMI video problem at first boot after 11.2.3 update. (CVM Server crashes from DVD Playback is still not fixed. Reported to Apple twice since it first appeared after the macOS 11.2 update.)
