Will Apple Really Put Five Cameras On the iPhone?

Yet another rumor suggests that Apple will put out a new iPhone late this year with five cameras. Several sites have mocked up iPhone backs showing three cameras, which would total five after you include the two front-facing cameras. Current iPhone models already include a regular and telephoto lens on the back. The new camera would be a wide-angle.

The new arrangement could be a new model, an iPhone 11 or XI, or it could be an update to the current X-series phones. Some rumors are supported by leaked schematics from parts-makers, and from the existence of three-camera backs on other phones. But it remains to be seen if Apple will go this route.
