Carnegie Library's transformation into D.C. Apple Store will complete in April

Apple's restoration of Washington D.C.'s Carnegie Library as part of its conversion into a massive retail outlet for the iPhone maker could open to the public soon, after the building owner advised current expectations is for it to be completed in late spring.
