How Do I Create More Than One iCloud Email Account?

I go into Mail click on “Add Account”, choose “iCloud” as the account provider, then “Continue”. Enter my Apple ID and click “next”, then my password. The iCloud panel is displayed with my Apple iCloud account name on the top. I click “Add Account” and nothing happens. The panel with Add Account” goes away.
