The Lycksele Ice Pillar in Lapland, Sweden, is the world's tallest ice pillar. Every winter, locals rebuild this town's monument with love. This fun tradition has been going on for over 25 years.
According to  Atlas Obscura:

'The giant white ice pillar, or 'Ispelare' is a local landmark created each year by sprinkling water out of a tall vertical pipe.
