New Russian submarine fires torpedoes designed to create tsunamis

Considering how most of their recent military innovations and AI-powered robots have performed, I wouldn't sweat it, but according to The War Zone, Russia has a new submarine that can launch nuclear-capable torpedoes.

The Khabarovsk is described by the Russian Ministry of Defense as a 'nuclear-powered missile cruiser,' a broad category that Russia usually applies to nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarines (SSBNs).
