Frequent Nightmares Predict Early Death More Strongly Than Smoking or Obesity, Study Finds

Otaiku's research shows chromosomes of nightmare-prone individuals display accelerated aging patterns linked to stress hormones, accounting for roughly 40% of their increased mortality risk.
