Brief morning red light exposure improves aging adults' color vision by 20%
A single three-minute exposure to deep red light in the morning can significantly improve aging adults' color vision for up to a week, according to research from University College London published in Nature.
The study found that shining 670 nanometer deep red light into participants' eyes for three minutes between 8-9am enhanced their ability to detect colors by up to 20% in some older adults. — Read the rest
