Size matters when it comes to email attacks

Barracuda's analysis of targeted email attacks reveals that company size influences vulnerability types. Larger firms face more lateral phishing, making up 42% of attacks. Smaller firms suffer higher external phishing (71%) and extortion attacks (7%). Business email compromise and conversation hijacking rates are consistent across all sizes.
