Greetings, Arsians! Courtesy of our friends at TechBargains, we have another round of deals to share. Today's list is headlined by a deal on Marvel's Spider-Man, the open-world superhero game that arrived on the PlayStation 4 in September. It's currently down to $40 at Amazon and Walmart, which is $20 off its usual going rate and a decent value for a blockbuster title released less than three months ago.
Coincidentally, the Dealmaster is in the middle of his Spider-Man play-through right now—and nope, he's not mad at himself for paying $60 for it. Not at all. Anywho, for the unfamiliar, here's the skinny: if you ever liked the Batman: Arkham games but thought, 'man, I wish this was Spider-Man instead,' this is the game for you. It's a lot like a Marvel film in that way: it won't challenge your intellect or stir your emotions like, say, The Last of Us or a Metal Gear Solid game, but it's consistently fun and polished. It's good entertainment. Plus, the web-swinging is as good as it's been since Spider-Man 2. You can read our full review for more.
If that doesn't have your Spidey senses tingling, though, we have a few other excellent deals in today's roundup, including a better-than-Black Friday discount on the Oculus Rift, an Amazon Gold Box sale covering tons of board games, deals on the Xbox One X and Sonos One smart speaker, and much more. Have a look for yourself below.
