Zendesk Aims for Greater Piece of CRM Pie With Sunshine

Who’s afraid of Salesforce? Apparently not Zendesk, which launched a new customer relationship management platform called Zendesk Sunshine, built on Amazon Web Services, that will compete with CRM leader Salesforce, among others.
