PuTTY Portable 0.83

PuTTY Portable is a free implementation of Telnet and SSH for Win32 and Unix platforms, along with an XTerm terminal emulator. When you run PuTTY Portable on a Windows machine and connect it with a Unix machine, it opens a window. You can then type anything into that window, and it will be sent straight to the Unix machine.
