Kike Garcia – Ally of the Year – RISE Awards 2022

Kike Garcia Gil – as representing also Source Elements entirely- have been shortlisted and nominated for the Rise Awards under the “Ally of the Year” at the IBC Amsterdam 2022 last Sunday!! This year they had more applications than ever with an overwhelming high caliber of submissions.
The winners will be announced on the 10th of November but winning or not this recognition is really rooting all the hard work we have done in the last year -and still lots to do! Thanks to everyone who has supported each initiative with your thoughts, efforts and time! We have already won! 
“This Award will recognize men working across the media technology sector who have driven both internal and external initiatives to support gender diversity. Over the last year they have worked to support or develop new programs of work that encourage, promote and champion gender diversity within their own companies or wider industry community. They will have also used their voice to drive conversations and ensure that the lack of gender diversity remains a priority for their colleagues and the industry.”

As pioneers in remote recording since 2005, we know very well through our millions of users what Diversity, Equity and Inclusion mean and what we are trying to achieve with our Diversity Scholarship is to bridge the gap between lack of representation and opportunities.
