Audio Housing introduces the Compact 88 music production desk

Following up the release of the Compact One music production desk, the studio furniture brand Audio Housing is introducing its larger sibling, the Compact 88, a studio desk inspired by the same midcentury style and wide enough to host most of the 8 octaves keyboards.

Just like the Compact One, the Compact 88 has three levels of flexible workspace, featuring dual pull-out trays with magnetic breaks, integrated cable management and is made from high quality Finnish birch plywood. Each desk is made individually in the province of Barcelona (Spain) where the brand is located.

The lower tray can accommodate MIDI keyboards and controllers, synthesisers or digital stage pianos measuring up to 140 cm wide, 40 cm deep and 16 cm high (55.2 x 15.8 x 6.3 inches).

In addition to the original vintage brown color, two new finishes are introduced for both desks; a minimal whitewash and a warm natural birch for those looking for a lighter tone of wood.
