Austin based company, Spiritual Me LLC today announces Spiritual Me 2.0, a complete redesign of the popular mobile app. Spiritual Me guides users through exercises that enable them to practice meditation while being inspired by nature, art and scripture. The app asks users to select their current emotions and then guides them through breathing and stretching exercise to mindfulness activities. Version 2.0 is free to download and offers five new themes with the first one unlocked.
