With some swift experience, how hard would it be to make a basic dish review app?

I won't go into too much detail, but I'm starting a startup and want to develop my own MVP. The app will hopefully compete with Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google Maps, etc. The MVP will be VERY basic so I can validate the main functionality, i.e. dish ratings & reviews.
Here are basic details I'd want for the MVP:

Rate & review dishes / restaurant
Profile creation
View, edit reviews
View other user reviews
List of restaurants you can review from will be limited by location of my choosing (I assume this will be from an API)

Possible features I'll include in my MVP:

Ability to share photo or video with your review
Photo / video social feed (with hyperlinks, likes, saves, similar to IG)
Restaurant / dish search with ability to sort by most reviewed / most recommended

Is this feasible to do with SOME swift experience?

(Also, if this doesn't sound like a startup-worthy idea, there's obviously more to it, but you gotta start somewhere right)
